あまのはらふりさけ見れば春日なる三笠の山に出でし月かも

It is read like “Amanohara furisakemireba kasuganaru mikasano yamani ideshi tsukikamo”.

Amanohara furisakemireba means seeing the very wide sky with sea.

kasuganaru mikasanoyamani means at Mikasa mountain in Kasuga(it is a place in Nara prefecture).

ideshi tsukikamo means like “it is like a moon that appears”.

So in conclusion this waka is like this.

“Seeing the very wide sky with the sea, there is a moon that is like one I see at Mikasa mountain in Kasuga”
