Main contents

こんにちは。久しぶりのらいむーんです。今日も日本語を学んでいきましょう。

Hello. I’m Limun long time no see. Let’s learn Japanese this time.

Main sentences

Mauz: またカレーを食べてるんですか?

Limun: はい。カレーは美味しいし、手軽に作れるからね

Mauz: ちゃんと野菜も食べないとダメだよ!

Limun: 野菜も食べます。頑張ります。

Explanation

Today I will explain about the last sentence.

野菜も食べます。頑張ります。

This sentence is split for 2 parts to understand well.

野菜も食べます。

And

頑張ります。

I will explain from the first one.

野菜も食べます。

Actually it is so easy to understand for you who read my articles till here.

We learned almost the same thing last time.

野菜を食べます

means, “I will eat vegetables too”

You can easily guess that Limun is so obedient haha.

Actually I like vegetables so much.

頑張ります。

And this is a kind of useful phrases. Many people use this.

It means “I will do my best”.

Many people say this phrase so much and people will get nothing with the people who say that.

It should be changed like a more specific words…for example in this case, “I will try to eat vegetables as possible as I can”.

It sounds a little funny but at least people understand how you have a will to do that comparing to just saying “I will do my best”, you know.

Conclusion

Limun said “I will do my best to eat vegetables.”
